In the tradition of pairing contrasts in order to create new mediums of expression, ISM: a community project presents, “SK8OLOGY: fine art on skateboards” an exhibition that combines skateboard counter culture with the world of fine art.
On Saturday August 23, 2008 the ISM: gallery will host the opening exhibition, showcasing over 100 creative deck canvases from some of the most poignant and significant active artists and professional skaters.
This event was the stomping ground for “America’s Best Dance Crew” before it hit the airwaves, its known as the Olympics for Dance. Crews from all over the world practice for months to represent for their country and they bring it strong. Come out and support our dance crew, FLOS ANGELES, yup that’s right we have a dance crew FAmously named, FLOS ANGELES, choreographed and managed by Phlex Productions. We’re going for the Gold so the rest of the crews better come prepared cause we got our skills on lock. Keep your eyes and ears open because you just might see our dance crew, FLOS ANGELES, on the next episode of “America’s Best Dance Crew”. Be prepared L.A., FLOS ANGELES is about to represent!!!
